THE EUROPEAN SITUATION.
Bbbmn, Jaau It. The "Vossiche Zeitung" states that Russia has ordered four million boots to be supplied immediately, and is storing provender on the western frontier, and that General Gourko, Governor of Warsaw, has submitted a scheme for the fortification of tbe frontier of Poland, at a cost of 30,000,900 roubles, which is to be put m hand at once. The paper makes a further statement, to the effect that Russia intends to iacrease her artillery.
