THE VICTORIAN ARMY.
The Imperial Government has submitted the name of Major General Lord William F. E.Seymour, Assistant Quartermaster General as commandant of the Victorian forces. (Received June 14, 1.20 p.m ) Melbourne, June 14 Colonel Bruce Tulloch has been appointed commandant of the Victorian forces.
