THE CUTLER CASE
MiLBOUBKi, June 13. The Cutler case has been further complicated by the arrest of a man named Stevens who is charged with being the real murderer. Cutler was tried some time ago on a charge of murdering a Chinaman, but was acquitted and sever*! perjury cases arose out of the prosecution.
