He charged them with supporting', proposals so as to alienate old Government supporters, and then making overtures to the malcontents to form a oombioatioa to tarn the Ministry out He exprewed general approval of the aotiona of the) Ministry io other reapeota, and intimated thvt he would support a modified Hare ny stem and other proposals of the Govern* meat, but wonld strongly oppose any amendment of tbe Education Act orTtha lines of Mr Fißher's Bill.
