HAMPSTEAD.
The ordinary monthly meeting of the Hampstead Sohooi Committee was held on Friday evening. Present : Messrs Orr (Chairman), Fawcett, Johnstone, Andrews and Baker. The Master's report stated that tbe striot average was 286*1. He reoommended that the midwinter holidays Bhoold extend over the last week m June. The .report was adopted. The Secretary was instruoted to \rrite to the Board of Eduoatlon m reference to repairs necessary to eohool and to Master's house. A resolution expressing, the sympathy of the Committee with Mr Frizzall ia his recent ncoident was pi»s cd. The Seoretary was instruoted to redevv th« application to thu board for a grant of £100 for the purchasi of a playground. Miscellaneous business was transacted and tbe Committee adjourned. ..;'''.'
