Vibkna. June 10. The return of Bishop Michael to Servia and his visit to the Czar have created a sensation m Vienna. Michael proposes Prince Nikita as King of Servia, including Bosnia and Hertzgovina. Belgrade correspondents suggest that Austria should checkmate Russia by recalling ex-King Milan to the throne of Servia, and restoring Bosnia and Hertzgovina to his dominions for a money payment. Austria is sending reinforcements to Bosnia and an uneasy feeling prevails.
