+. I A sure cure for drunkenness, or the h»oit of imbibing spirits, is published by the Wellington "Prees." The writer saya the prescription can be compounded at any respectable ohemist's (who must honestly compound it, else, of course its effect will not be as desired) at a cost of some ■ thing under 4s. The remedy is purely vegetable, effects a poeitive and permanent cure whether the patient be » moderate driuker or alcoholic wreck, causes no nervous prostration or after effects of a de* bilitatiag nature, and acts immediately. It is pleasant to take, aad an overdose would do no hßrm. It acts on the appetite, destroys the craving, and never. falls when properly given. It can be administered in a oup of tea or ooffoe, as the taste or smell cannot be deteoted. The opium habit i» equally nffeoted by this remedy.
