Judge Ward delivered judgment Immediately on the oonoluaton of the oase, dismissing the OblneßO appeal, and stating that It was not reasonable that a party of seven Oblnese ' ahohld look up a large acea of aarlferons ground to which they held th* only outlet, and whloh would support forty men. Costs on both counts, amounting to about £70, against tbe Chinese.
