Nazis*, May 27. Two men, ntm*d»O'Brlen and Len&han, were to day oharged with the recent assault oa Dr Moore. It is understood that six men were concerned, but two nere for ■ome reasons shielded. Another two who did not admit taking part In tbe asianlt gave evidenoe of euoh a conolnalve natare that on tbe Magistrates consenting to exercliß mmmary jorlndlctlon and not eommlt them for trial, prisoners pleaded eollty. They were each sentenced to a ewnth'e hard labor. Tbe Prda comments strongly on the "Inadequacy of tbe sentence."
