Mr W. O'Brien, who is bringing an action tor libel against the Marquis of Salisbury m consequence of statements made by the Premier during his speech at Walfoid, m March last, lavs the damage at ;£?o,ppo. An applicatiqn will be made for a change of venue to Manchester.
