THE SUGAR BOUNTIES.
In the House of Commons Baron de Worms, > replying to a question, said Government were fully alive to the importance of retaining tbe Sugar Convention, which had been accepted by seven out of eight great bounty Powers. The eighth Power referred to had approved the principle of the Convention.
