ANOTHER PLOT TO KILL THE CZAR.
(PBK PBKSB ASSOCIATION.) May 20, 10 30 p.m.) St. Petersburg, May 19, The Gourka Palace at Warsaw has been undermined. The police m this city are aware that several bombs have reached St Petersburg, and the Czar has been advised not to go to meet the Shah of Persia at the railway terminus on the occasion of his official reception here. The plot discovered against the life of the Czar is confined to the military, but it is believed that the ramifications are of the most extensive nature. The Czar has directed M. Durnovo, who recently succeeded the late Count Tolstoi &s Minister of the Interior for Russia, to adhere inflexibly to the policy of reform proposed by the deceased statesman.
