jlondon, may 12. A protest lodged by Dr King, Bishop of Lincoln (who is being tried before a bench of Bishops on a charge of Ritualism), against the constitution of the Court, and that the latter has no jurisdiction m the case, has been dismissed. The question of costs was reserved.
