(PBR P&H88 ASSOCIATION.) ( (Received May 14,12.30 p.m.) London, May 13. The " Times" states that the Powers have agreed to restrict the importation and sale of firearms and liquor m Samoa. Equal commercial rights will be con ceded to all Powers The committee ■ of the Conference has decided to recommend ttipaitite administration of of the municipal district of Apia, and that the Natives be allowed to elect their own king. England has assumed a neutral attitude. It is expected that the Conference will conclude its sittings m a forlnight.
