At a meeting oi the Hospital Trustees to-day the Ohairman pointed out with reference to the Mayor's statements as to the extravagance of Hospital management, that living was muoh dearer than m other places. To meat tbe emergency the Trustees have paaßed a resolution refusing to admit ohildren under three, exoept for surgical cases or Infectious diseases.
