TyOnr new firm of Auctioneers, Messrs "illiams and Bland, have oonslderablj im« t«pyed the East Street Horsa Bazaar sum taking it over, having lengthened the run by °Qll and introduced several other desirable °hanges. They held their first sale on Saturday, when there was a large attendance and of whioh they famish the following re* port :— ." We held our sale o! horses at one East Street Horse Bazaar on Saturday, 27th April. 48 horses were entered, out of whiob we sold 20. There was a very large attend* anoe of buyers and others and on the whole tho bidding was brisk, more especially for good young draughts broken m. The following are the prices obtained : Pair 3.year-old fillies* unbroken, £38; 5-year-old mare, £24 10s; 4-year.old colt, £22 10s ; medium draughts. £20, £14, £14, £12 10s, £13 and £10 ; aged draughts, £3 10s to £5 10s ; unbroken haoks, oolta and fillies of a good sort, £8 5a to £10; haoks broken to saddle, £6 to £10 ; sundries, seoond-hand trap harness, £3 7s; saddles, £2 15s and £5; derwent potatoes, 8f to 9s 6d per bag ; onions, l£d to 2d per lb : ohiok feed, 7s 6d a bag.
