. „ . f Pabis, April 28. The judicial report on the position of the Comptoir d'Escorapte recommends the liquidation of the Company's affairs, and the re-formation of the Bank on a new basis. It declares that the copper contracts are illegal. The Bank of France has agreed to guarantee a new Company.
