Vienna., Aprli 25 The Eooilaißts joined the rioting tram employees and drenched the goldiers, who were engaged m quelling the disturbance, with foul liquids. The" troops were with difficulty restrained from retaliating by firing into the mob. A Committee of the Town Council has decided to fine the Tramway Company 15,000 florins because of the irregular manner m which the traffic has been conducted. The oity is now quieting.
