The annual meeting of householders was held m tho Echoolroom, Tlnwald, last evening. There were abont twenty five householders preeent, and Mr 8. Corrigan waa voted to the chair. a new oommittee then took place and resulted us follows : — 0. Doherty, 30 ; T. A. Hickman, 24 ; James Gudaell, 18 ; J R. Oorrlg n, 17 i W. H. Smith, 16; Frank Lowe, 14 ; J. S. Waite, 8. A hearty vote of thanks was proposed by Mr Waite and seconded by Mr Burges3 to the outgoing committee for tbe able manner m which they diecharged their dntieß during their term of office. A vote of thanks waa passed to the master, mistress, and pupii teachers m charge of thejschool. A vote of thanks to the Chairman terminated the proceedings. The Committee met subsequently and elected Mr Gudsell chairman and Mr J. R, Corrigan secretary.
