GENERAL BOULANGER.

It is stated that the Belgian Cabinet have notified Geueral Boulanger that they were about to issue a warrant for his expulsion from Belgium, and that Boulanger and his friends will come on to London. (R<we<ved April 23 12. f 7 p.m ) Paris, April 22. General Boulanger, m a letter which was read at a meeting of his adherents m Paris, stated that the National Party were incapable of embarking m any adventure dangerous to the peace of Europe. London, April 23, It is rumored that the stay of General Boulanger m London is only temporary.
