SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LOAN.
It is reported that the placing of the balance of the South Australian loan at par early m the present month was merely a nominal transaction, and tbat the South Australian Government will be compelled to give brokers a private concession, equivalent to y t per cent. Sit Arthur Blythe Agent-General for South Australia, refuses to give any information on the subject.
