PROOF OF DEBT. jRe Alexander Prootor— Motion to admit proof of debt of James Prootor — Mr Oathbertson for the applicant, Me OaygUl for the Offiolal Assignee.— Mr OaygUl submitted that the motion was bad, inasmuoh aa notloe had not been given within the specified time. — His Hmor upheld the objection and dismissed the motion with costs. The Court then rose.
