Boulanger is charged with seducing officers of the French Army from) their allegiance to the Government, also with embezzling Government funds while Minuter for War, and fnaking a seditious speech on the eve of the election of President Carnot. The Committee will examine about 10,000 documents, newspaper articles, visiting cards and Boulangist songs.
