(Received April 15, 12.22 p.m.) London, April 13. The English wheat market is declining. The~Continental shows a general decline, and tbe American is declining continuously. New Zealand wheat on passage is quoted at an average of 35s 63. Forward business is weak and declining. Arrivals of foreign wheat are moderate. At the wool sales the total number of bales catalogued was 131,000, and of these 127,800 were sold. The market for tallow is flat, 17,250 casks were offered, and 350 were sold. Medium mutton realised 24s 6d; medium beef 23s 6d.
