Pabis, April 13. c The French Senate has appointed a Judicial Committee of nine to report as to whether there are grounds for the prosecution of General Boulanger, Count Dillon and M. JRocheforfc for complicity m connection with the Patriotic League. At present the public" show little sympathy m the matter.
Brussels, April 14. General Boulanger is suffering from insomnia, and his condition is causing great anxiety to his friends.
