London, April 6. In his letter to the Royal Geographical Society Stanley describes the new regions through which he passed on his march to the relief of Erain Bey. The tribes inhabiting the forest, he says, are dwarf m stature and cannibals. They are very numerous, and are great experts m the use of poisoned arrows.
