Sydney, April 4 News from Fiji states that that group was not visited by the hurricane. The fruit and sugar crops are expected to be abundant. Sydney, April 6. A heavy thunderstorm has been experienced at Gunning, midway between Goulbourn and Yass, during which a boy was killed by lightning. Mr Clarke, Clerk pf the Town Council at Blayney township, near Bathursr, committed suicide by blowing his head on with dynamite.
