OTAGO RAM AND EWE FAIR
(per press association.) Dunedin, April 4. The fair under the auspices of the Otago A. and P. Association was a great fluocosi- The entries showed a great increase, and sales, especially of the Border Leicester breed, may be regarded a) satisfactory, a'most evory sheep of that breed being disposed of. Stud rams brought from 4gs to 7^B, flock ditto Is£ to 3Joa, stud ewes 1 to 2/?s, Linoolns, Downs and merinos were dull of sale, and oloarunces cou'd only be effeoted at prices that could not be remunerative.
