THE SAMOAN DISASTER.
Washington, April 3. Several American war vessels have been ordered to proceed to Samoa. Queen Victoria has assured President Harrison of her sympathy with America in the disaster which befel the United States Squadron at Apia. Bebne, April 3. The German Press hope that the noble conduct of Mataafa in rendering assistance to the Olga will end the difficulty. j
