THE 'FRISCO MAIL CONTRACT.

Sidney, April 1 Government have decided io renew the San Francisco mail contract for a lerm of one year, on the ground that the proposals for carriage of mails via Canada require jjgrave {consideration. In renewing tha contract with the owners of the San Francisco steamers, Government have made it a condition that only white labor is to be employed on their boats.
