This afternoon Haora Te Perl, condemned to death for the murder of the Pook family, confessed to Mota Turol, a N*tlve olor^yman that he committed tho dead. He stated ho had no accomplice. la »d Interview with hU father he did not deny bis guilt. Ho said " 1 am sad la heart. From earth I onrne and to enrth I return." The prisoner leaves this afternoon for Napier.
