A grazing run of 1710 aores, at Sunday Island, wa>* leased for 21 years nt a rental of £21 155, to Mrs R. B. Brit-ted ; 930 acres ou same Island wore leased for a like term for £11 12s A number of selections m Hoklanga, i tamatea, and other country districts were alao quitted. Save for one or tyro lots, the competition was not brisk.
