DUNEDIN EXHIBITION.
Sydney, March 26. The "Telegraph," m the course of an article on the Dunedin Exhibition, says that it is full time the Government called a halt m the expenditure upon exhibitions. That to be held at Donedin was a purely business affair, arid it was unlikely that New South Wales would reap any commercial advantage. New South Wales was New Zealand's beßt customer, yet the latter's treatment of the former was one of deliberate exclusion. The only export made by New South Wale 3 to New Zealand was coal, and this, it was pretty certain^ would be shut out m the near future m favor of Westport and, Russell coal In conclusion a hope is expressed that the New South Wales Government will decline to be officially represented at the Exhibition.
