London, M"«to h 24 It is reported that Count Herbert Bismarck's visit to England is m connection with the British annexation of the Hervey Group, and that he will also confer with Lord Salisbury on the Samoan question. Berlin. Mireh 24 The Berlin " Post " states that the Samoan Conference has been postponed till May.
