__ Lady Donegall's petition for separation from the Marquis of Donegall,, arj old man of 67, who has just succeeded to the title, was refused. The Marquis Was also refused a divorce on the ground of immorality on his side. The disclosures made during the hearing of the two suits caused a great sensation. The Marquis accused his wife of adultery m Australia and elsewhere.
