MoLaohlan'i charges, which commenced yesterday afternoon, were then gone on with, Mr Samuel said he had no evidence to bring as the cases McLsohUn pat In spoke for themselves. Mr Samnal said he presumed the Commissioner* would have before them the 6h section of the Commissioner* Power* Aot, 1872, as bearing on tbe ootts Id all the caßfs, as Sir R. Stout had already raised one case. The Commissioners aatd they would bsar the matter la mind. The oames of Joanna Jones, 6, T. Syme, Blaokraore, Norman and Jackman, were called, but dodo appeared. The Court adjourned til! to-morrow at ten, when, if no more ohargei are brought forward, the Commissioners will clone the enquiry.
