Sydniy. Maroh 20. In the course of an interview, Mr Rounday, representative of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, said, that he considered the extension of the San Francisco mail contract was unnecessary. The Canadian Company, if their proposals were entertained would find little difficulty m obtaining suttable vessels. They were now having three steamers of five thousand tons each built and these would be finished m October.
