Previous to the usual weekly horse sale I offered a number of allotments m the townships of Tinwald, Waterton, aod Binds, also rural lacd m the Westerfield and Wakanni districts, when the following sales were effeoted, viz.— In the estate of the late B. Metoalfe lots 21 and 22, each «o*talning J acre corner of Archibald and Jane streets, Tinwald Town Board district at £10 eaoh ; lots 23 and 24, each containing £ acre, oorner of MoMurdo and Jane streets, adjoining the above at £14 «*oh. On account of others, lot 276, con* taming 32 perches, oorner of Charles and Graham streets, £9 ; lot 1 and 2, eaph containing £ acre, Hinds township, £6 10s •aoh ; lots 13 and 15, eaoh containing 1 aore, at £4 10s each ; lotß 1, 22, 27, 28 eaoh containing £ acre, township of Waterton, £14 the lot ; lots 123 and 124, each containing 1 acre, £3 10s eaoh. For part of R.S. 22468, containing 76 sores, fenced and cultivated, Wakanui Koad Board district. £3 10s per acre was bid ; this not retching owner's limit was passed. Privately and by auction einoe my last report Lota 82 and 83, each containing £«acre, corners of Archibald, MoMurdo, and Johnston© streets, Tinwald Town Board District, with buildings thereon, by order of the Registrar, £200. Lots 91 and 92, eaoh containing £-aore, corner of VcMurdo and Agnes streets, £26. Lot 6, oontaining g-acre, fronting the Northeast Town Belt, Netherby, £35. Lot 43, containing 1-acre with house thereon, township of M«thren, £105 Lots 147 to 160, eaoh containing J-acro, Hampetoad Town Board EistrM, for £72 10s Town Section 744, containing J-acre, Peter street, with four-roomed novae thereon at owners reserve.
