Robert Dennis, proprietor of the " Court Society Review," sued J. Hen-niker-Heaton, M.P. for Canterbury for The claim was for writing speeches and articles m the " National Review," letters to the "Times," and to the Postmaster General, from 1885 to 1888, for the defendant. The plaintiff also claimed for writing the statement made by Mr Heaton before the Colonial Conference on postal matters. The action has been settled out of Court, defendant paying and jQioo costs.
