The followiog basinets plaoes were destroyed : Ward, chemist ; Bates, saddler ; Rtley, tailor ; Keeaing (anooonpled) ; Sargent, jeweller ; Kinoald's atore ; Golder, watohmalter ; Bond's, stationer ; Pierce, fruiterer ; MoNleh, billiard ea'o)o; d x, . grocer ; Neal, seedsman ; Radge, hairdresser ; the effioea of the late F. A. Whi faker, Backland'e hone baz tar, and aeveral private dwellings at the rear of the blocks. The loss is very heavy. The Masonic Hotel was sonrohed hut aeved.
