The sale of the rata will take place at the Land Offioa here on the 39 .h April, and all sales will be advertised »a least one month before the sales tako plaoe, as required by the Aot. The extent of country whioh the Commissioners have had personally to inspeot has prevonted tbe Information being pat before the pablle at an earlier date.
