Michael Byrne oharged Rawson with Impropriety as Registrar of the Supreme Oourt m the drawing up and completion of Orders. Mr Jalllcoe asked for tho time to be extended for the filing of charges as Kople oonld not come to Interview him fore Saturday, and a number of wittresses had bten subpoenaed from Hawera, Manata, and other places.
