Sydnhv, March 6. In consequence of their defeat on , Sir H. Parkes' amendment the Ministry has resigoed. Sir H. Parkes is engaged m forming a new Ministry. The Bank managers who investigated the state o$ the colony's finances have declined to sign the report, on the ground that they fail to see why money voted, bi^t not expended, should, be cilied t deficit,
