THE KILLOCHAN DISASTER.

The Board of Enquiry into the collision between the steamer Nereid and the colonial ship Killochan off Dungeness on 3rd February have found that the Captain of the steamboat was to blame for the collision, and a verdict of manslaughter has been returned against him.
