Londov, February 28, Sir V. Harcourt revealing the secrets of the round table said that Mr Chamberlain |bad proposed an ingenious Land Purchase Bill resting solely on Irish credit. No conclusion was arrived at although Mr Gladstone was favorable to the principle. The conference agreed to an Irish Parliamentonthe lines of that of Canada to deal with all local affairs with limited powers as to finance and the authority ot Westminster, being recognised m Imperial affairs. ;
