EXCESSIVE HEAT.
Sydnky, February 26 Great heat was experienced throughout the colony yesterday, and m some parts the thermometer registered from iia to 117 degrees m the shade. Great damage was occasioned to the maize crop, and nearly the whole corn crop m the Windsor district has been ruined.
