(Received February 20, 12.6 p.m.) London, February 19. Mr Healj, who is defending Mr O'Brien, was ejected from the Court at Tralee, yesterday, for insulting Colonel Tamer, by calling him a sneak. The trial of Mr O'Brien on the charge of inciting has been adjourned m consequence.
