SOUTH AUSTRALIAN LOAN.
(PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) ADALAIDI, February 13 Government have withdrawn the balance of the loan for the present. ;£600,000 has been subscribed, sufficient to carry on until December. The Banks offered to find the remainder at one-quarter below par, but the proposal was declined. Brokers are offering to take up the remainder, of the South Australian loan at par, with an allowance equivalent to j4 per cent discount.
