The " Lyttelton Times" hew the following obituary notice of the late member for Nelson . — The short} sturdy little figure of Heary Augustas Leveatam will b 9 much missed when the House meets again, and his voice will be mimed m debate, for both had been familiar to members siooe the memorable stonewalling days of 1881, In the session of that year, when Nelson was about to be deprived of a share of her representation by the Bill making some alteration m tbe electorates of this island, Mr Levestam bore a rery prominent part m the fray, speaking againat time with the rest of the band who were up m aims against what they held to be a rank injast oe.
