[Pib Psiss Association,] JSilson, February 18. Mr Levt stain, member for Nelson, expired suddenly at 11 list night. He was In his uiual health and spirits yesterday, and was working m his shop. He returned home at 6 complaining of a pain In the cheat. He retired to bed at 9 and woke »t 10, when he fell into 9 falntiug fit ted before tho dco'ors arrived dJpd. Till • telegram from Dr Collins, who attended tha deceased while id Wellington, il received it is not known whether there will be an inquest. Already several candidates are spoken of as llke'y to stand fot Nelson.
